Eastern Pennsylvania Juvenile Defense Attorney
When a young person falls on the wrong side of the law, it can be easy to dismiss it as a youthful mistake. However "minor" the crime may seem, it cannot be ignored. The repercussions from a crime committed while young can follow a person into adulthood and significantly impact his or her future opportunities.
As an attorney in Pennsylvania, I provide strong defense for juveniles who have encountered legal problems. Parents and guardians appreciate my straight talk and compassion. Young people appreciate my ability to help them reclaim their lives and rebound from their mistakes.

Alternative Sentencing Options for First-Time Juvenile Offenders
The state of Pennsylvania has sentencing options that may be available to first-time juvenile and adult offenders. These diversion programs allow individuals to participate in an approved program, such as Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD). If the program is completed successfully the charges will be dismissed, the record will be expunged and the "no criminal record" status will be preserved.
Conviction for juvenile crimes can lead to consequences of varying degrees, from school expulsion to imprisonment. If your child is facing criminal charges as a juvenile, I encourage you to take steps to protect his or her rights and future. Contact me to discuss juvenile defense strategies.
